SoftPsych EMR pro is a bargain and does what it says

I have a small solo counseling practice and have searched high and low for an EMR geared toward behavioral health, that does not involve a purchase of 100s of dollars. I do not need a billing package or overly complex software for my small private practice. However, I do want records that will pass muster with Behavioral Health Board requirements, HIPPA, and 3rd party payers, when and if I start taking insurance. SoftPsych pro does this for me. Although it offers more than I really need, since I am not an MD and do not prescribe meds, the relevant utilities work well and the drop down menus are very helpful in making language choices when writing up histories and progress notes. This package is a bargain, at less than $50.
